Sara C. Pereira holds a BSc and MSc degree in Biochemistry. She is a PhD student in Biomedical Sciences, at ICBAS. Her project entitled: “ExoSperm: Vesicle-to-spermatozoon trafficking of metabolic signatures and Infertility” is supervised by Prof. Pedro F. Oliveira, PhD, and co-supervised by Prof. Mariana P. Monteiro, MD, PhD, and Prof. Alberto Barros, MD, PhD. Her research interests comprise the molecular mechanisms involved in metabolic inheritance through the male gamete.
