Ricardo Martins-Ferreira is a junior scientist with extensive training in wet lab and bioinformatic skills, with a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Biochemestry, and a PhD in Biomedical Sciences from the School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences of the University of Porto (ICBAS-UP). His research has focused on epigenetics, immunity, neuroscience and neuroinflammation, with experience on the analysis of large multi-omics datasets including DNA methylation, transcriptomics and single-cell omics, and proficiency in R language.
