YNP Mentorship Programme

Professor Luísa Lobato, senior nephrologist at Centro Hospitalar Universitário de Santo António, Porto, and full professor at the School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences (ICBAS) of the University of Porto, and researcher at the Unit for Multidisciplinary Research in Biomedicine/UMIB and at the Lab for Integrative and Translational Research in Population Health, has been recently appointed as mentor of YNP Mentorship Programme.

The ERA YNP Mentorship Programme aims at giving young professionals interested in nephrology (physicians, researchers, biologists, nurses, nutritionists, etc.) – “the mentee” – an opportunity to exchange experiences with senior or more experienced nephrologists within the Society, in order to increase the future professional success as well as broaden the horizons of these young trainees/professionals.
